The people are very pleasant and the staff is great. My mother was there for five days and then she got sick and just came back after being gone for about six weeks or so. They were standing at the door welcoming her back home. It's a little bit on the expensive side. The Knolls would have been my preference for my mom. The staff seemed to be very attentive while I was there.
The community has a nice environment and is clean inside and out. The menu is very good and he is pleased with the variety. I like knowing that he tries to stay active. We would recommend the care and value of this community to other families. Desert Winds has been a Godsend for my father.

It had a more modern aesthetic, not quite as homey but it was cool. But my parents didn't take to it as much as the other place we toured, because it was so modern. The staff who showed us around was good, informative, and friendly. They showed us the apartment, they showed us the dining area that's like their party room. The only thing I could say is the price. I get that it's an expensive deal, but it is hard for our seniors to afford.
